As of Dec 2025 you can Save emails before sending them. This saves having to switch to the Sent Items folder to save an email you sent (or are sending). | |||

As of Dec 2025 emails that have already been Filed/Saved to Creatio will have this Orange email icon as a flag | |||

* Email attachments over 5mb cannot be uploaded (Out of the box but can be configured) | |||
* Email attachments with the following file extentions ONLY will be uploaded (Out of the box but can be configured) | |||

Explorer Mode
Clicking the File Email button above the context
will open the dialog to Save the email to Creatio
- Where are emails filed?
When you file an email against an opportunity an Activity record is created and marked against the opportunity and any linked Account and/or Contact.
Compose Mode
As of Dec 2025 you can Save emails before sending them. This saves having to switch to the Sent Items folder to save an email you sent (or are sending).
