File Email

Clicking the File Email button above the context
will open the dialog to Save the email to Creatio
- Where are emails filed?
When you file an email against an opportunity an Activity record is created and marked against the opportunity and any linked Account and/or Contact.
Limitations ----
- Email attachments over 5mb cannot be uploaded
- Email attachments with the following file extentions ONLY will be uploaded
