    • Admin Consent Flow Setup **

Note: As of April 2025 we were required to use the MSGraph API. Users will therefore be prompted to allow access to their emails. In some cases administrator consent is required.

To do this administrators should open the url here and provide consent here.

Why This Happens

The add-in is requesting permissions (scopes) via MS Graph API that are considered tenant-wide or high-privilege, such as:

   Mail.ReadWrite

   Calendars.ReadWrite

   User.Read.All

Unless previously consented by an admin, end users cannot approve these permissions themselves—hence the prompt.

Note: If you deploy as an administrator it can take hours to deploy the client. This is down to Microsofts system. We have no control over this.

Typically if a user can deploy from within the Outlook add it should install immediately or very soon.
