Compose Mode is when you are writing an email

Email Templates

In Creatio to edit Email Templates you go into the 'System Designer' and from the 'System Setup' section click 'Lookups'.

Select 'Email' from the treeview.

Select 'Message templates' and within this area you can edit and create new templates.

Note: Email Templates in Creatio do not support attachments

2: Click "USE" to insert the email into the compose window

Shared Documents

Creatio does not have a concept of a shared file so the requirement is to create an Account called "zzzShared Documents" (or some custom name-requires config update). Then you attach files and those are available in the dialog.

A: Filter on name

B. Download to preview the file

C. Click to attach the file to the email

Address Book

This allows users to search all contacts with email addresses and add those to the email TO/CC and BCC.

A. Search area. Use a % in the text to search on a LIKE bases otherwise it is exact

B. The results show up here

C. Click na item in B and this will populate the To area

D and E: Click into these and then click and item in B to populate those. Whichever of C, D and E have the focus is used.

Click OKAY to close the window and have the values you selected inserted into the window
