General product conventions
Dates
Dates are displayed in the format
DDth/st Monthname YYYY
In edit format they are displayed as
MM-DD-YYYY
Addresses
These are displayed with an "external" link that opens Google Maps
Email Addresses
These use the "mailto" URI and so will open up your default email client with the email inserted
Phone numbers
These use the "tel" URI and will open up your default phone client with the phone number inserted and also open the "log call" dialog
External Links
These open the record in the full Creatio UI in a new tab
