User Checklist
From Apps for Creatio
A checklist to be used when a user cannot log in.
1. Log into full Creatio and check your password is valid and has not expired
2. Supervisor users can check the users "UserSessionTimeout" from the users management area (behind the Access Rules tab). The minimal value is 10 minutes and the maximum value is 720 minutes (12 hours).
3. Users must have the "Functional Role" of Developer or a role that allows access to the oData 4 REST API. Please check this with the Supervisor user.
