Gmail Add Connection

Opening the application the first time in a new environment you will be prompted to set up the connection.

Click the blue Log in button at the bottom of the panel.

A secure pop-up window will appear:

• Creatio URL: Type in your company's CRM web address.
• Region: Select your location from the dropdown menu (e.g., USA).
• Click Continue.

• Confirm the URL shown at the top is correct (click Edit if you need to fix it).
• Enter your Creatio Username and Password.
• Click Log In.

Once you enter your login credentials, the confirmation window will show a green checkmark indicating a successful link.

• Success Message: The pop-up window will read "Success: You have connected Creatio with Google."
• Finalize: Click the purple Continue to Gmail button to close the setup window and refresh your connector sidebar.

⏳ Note: It might take some time for the connector to pull your data on the first run. Please be patient while your information syncs!
