Gmail Add Connection

Opening the application the first time in a new environment you will be prompted to set up the connection.

Click the blue Log in button at the bottom of the panel.

A secure pop-up window will appear:

Creatio URL: Type in your company's CRM web address.

Region: Select your location from the dropdown menu (e.g., USA).

Click Continue.

Confirm the URL shown at the top is correct (click Edit if you need to fix it).

Enter your Creatio Username and Password.

Click Log In.

Once you enter your login credentials, the confirmation window will show a green checkmark indicating a successful link.

Success Message: The pop-up window will read "Success: You have connected Creatio with Google."

Finalize: Click the purple Continue to Gmail button to close the window.

⏳ Note: It might take some time for the connector to pull your data on the first run. Please be patient while your information syncs!
